Football is the way to make friends, to be active on the football field. To show who the penalty king is or the ultimate panna queen. A reason to take that Lineker, Gascoigne or Cantona shirt out of the closet again. But especially to enjoy unique sports moments during your holiday, trip or clinic.

In this blog we provide an overview of campings with good football pitches and some even with professional football facilities. The animation teams at those campsites often organize competitions and competitions during the high season. This overview is also useful if organize a training camp or clinic for your football club during the winter break or at the start of the season. On Lake Garda there is a great (Dutch/Enlish-speaking) football clinic for kids. Learn new football techniques a few mornings and have fun with friends from the campsite. How fun!

And if you can't get enough of it. Many campsites in Italy, Spain, Germany and France are within driving distance of famous clubs. Visit the fanshop, a football museum, a competition or training. A real football holiday!

• Veneto / Camping Pra 'Delle Torri, Caorle has 2 football fields (1 Fifa dimensions) and 2 multi-sports courts
• Veneto / Camping Gasparina, Castelnuovo del Garda. Stay here for the TUI football clinic (see further down in this blog)
• Puglia / Torre Rinalda Camping Village, Torre Rinalda (near Lecce) has a football court (calcetto)

France

• Ardèche / Camping Aluna Vacances - Sunêlia, Ruoms has a small artificial grass field.

Slovenia

Spain

• Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou, Salou. Next to the camping are the sports facilities of Complex Esportiu Futbol Salou, 13 football fields: 3 of natural grass, 8 of artificial grass and 2 hybrid grass fields

Learn new football techniques during your holiday on a camping near Lake Garda? Do you dream of a career at AC or InterMilan. Are you the Skill Games champion and are you dribbling everyone crazy? Then the TUI football clinic on Lake Garda is for you. Are you between 5 and 16 years old and do you also want to play football during your holiday? Ask your parents to reserve a spot for you at the clinics that will be held from Tuesday 7 July to Thursday 20 August. You work on your football skills under professional Dutch supervision 3 mornings a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning from 10 am to 12 pm).

The TUI football clinics are held on the football field near the camping del Garda Village in Peschiera del Garda. However, you do not have to stay on this camping to participate. The costs: 1 morning € 30/2 mornings € 60 including football / 3 mornings € 90 including football and outfit.

The football field at Camping Del Garda Village in Peschiera del Garda is within walking distance of Camping Gasparina , Camping Pacengo and Camping Bella Italia .

For example, the Casa Milan football museum in Milan is an absolute must if you want to discover more about the players and history of AC Milan. If you are near Bari, visit the Stadio San Nicola, designed by Renzo Piano and built for the FIFA World Cup 1990. Due to financial problems, the club was relegated to the Serie D.
