The 2025 Formula 1 season will kick off on March 16, 2025 in Australia and the final grand prix will take place on December 7, 2025 at the Yas Marina racetrack in Abu Dhabi. Sure, you can watch every race on TV every Sunday and see who'll challenge Max Verstappen in 2025, but experiencing the race (and the sound) in real life is a much more fun experience. If you are planning a Formula 1 trip in 2025, we recommend the following campsites close to the European circuits.

The European part of the calendar starts in Emilia-Romagna on the Imola circuit. In the vicinity of the circuit are a number of good campsites where you can stay overnight.

Campeggio Citta di Bologna - Club del Sole is close to the Bologna city center, a must-see while you're in the area.

Spielberg Camping Gelb beim Red Bull Ring is a campsite located directly next to the Red Bull Ring. When there is an event at the Red Bull Ring, the campsite opens. So also for Formula 1! Here you can pitch your tent 100 meters from the circuit. On the campsite you will find electricity, sanitary facilities and snacks and drinks.

Camping Pink am Birkmoarhof is the perfect campsite if you don't have your own tent and prefer to rent a tent or other accommodation. The campsite is only 3 minutes by car from the circuit and here you can choose from a spacious tent for 2 people, lodges, a comfortable tent equipped with camp beds and sleeping bags for 5 to 6 people and a special tent for four people. On July 6, the grand prix in UK will take place at the Silverstone circuit.

On July 27, it is the turn of Belgium. The grand prix will take place on the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. You will find many campsites around the circuit where you can stay. Global-Tickets Village is a cozy campsite that will open its doors again in the last weekend of july for the formula 1 race in Belgium. Here you can choose from three different accommodation types, including pre-pitched tents, wooden huts and bungalows. You will have access to toilets, showers, breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant, a take-away lunch and a café with a heated terrace.

Camping Familial is about 15 minutes by car from the circuit. The campsite offers various pitches for your caravan, camper or tent. When renting an accommodation, you can choose from mobile homes for 6 people or chalets for 4 to 6 people.

The grand prix in Hungary will take place at the Hungaroring circuit on August 3rd.

Camping Haller is located near the center of Budapest , making it easy to see the sights of Budapest if you stay a few extra days at the campsite. At the campsite there are pitches available for your tent, camper or caravan and you reach the circuit within half an hour's drive.

The 15th grand prix of the F1 season will take place on 31 August. Then the race takes place in Netherlands on the Circuit park zandvoort .

Camping De Lakens is in the middle of the Zuid-kennemerland national park. Because the campsite is hidden between the dunes, you can camp here with your feet in the sand. At Roompot Bloemendaal aan Zee you will find some of the most beautiful lodges along the Dutch coast. The campsite is only 100 meters from the beach and you can reach the Zandvoort circuit within 11 minutes by bike.

The last European grand prix of 2025, will be the grand prix of Italy . On September 7, the race will start in Italy at the circuit Monza Eni Circuit.

The campsite closest to the circuit is Monza Camping. The campsite offers pitches for your camper, caravan or tent. During the Formula 1 period, campers must have an entry ticket to the event. A stay of at least 4 days is also required, but in addition to attending the grand prix, there is plenty to do in the area. For example, visit the center of Metropolitan City of Milan or the Monza Adventure Park, a nice climbing park located on the campsite.
