Firenze Rocks & camping

Firenze Rocks (June 2025) is the largest music festival in Italy. In 2019 it attracted more than 500,000 visitors during the 3rd edition with a great line-up, including The Smashing Pumpkins, The Cure, Ed Sheeran and Snow Patrol. In 2022 Green Day, Weezer, Muse, Placebo, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Metallica, Greta van Fleet and Jerry Cantrell rocked the crowds. The 2023 line up included Maroon 5 and The Who, while the 2024 line-up included Tool from Los Angeles.

The festival is held on 12-15 June 2025 in the Visarno Arena (Ippodromo delle Cascine) just west of the city center next to the River Arno. 2025 artists incluse Guns 'n Roses, Korn and Greenday. Tickets for the concerts can be purchased via several ticket outlets and at all authorized Box Office Toscana points of sale. Tickets (2025) cost € 86 for a single day. Florence is a bike-sharing town, so enough bikes to take you from the camping to the concerts. The camping has a splendid swimming pool area and rents deluxe cottages with a view on the river Arno.

Camping Village Panoramico Fiesole (8.4 score / 717 Reviews) is located is the pretty village of Fiesole in the hilly countryside just east of the Florence city centre. The camping offers a nice pool and rents quirky chalets and modern mobile homes.

hu Norcenni Girasole Village (8.6 score / 4964 Reviews) is one of the top campings in Italy. It is located in the hills just outside Figline Valdarno, 30km southeast of Florence (Sting is a famous inhabitant of Figline). High end facilities, pool, great rentals.
