The following terms and conditions apply to this reservation:

Payment & confirmation

After confirming your reservation on www.jetcamp.com you will receive payment instructions by email. After payment has been received your booking is complete.

Cancellation charges 2023

Up to the 42nd calendar day before the departure date > 10%

Cancellation from the 42nd calendar day to the 28th calendar day before the departure date 25% of the cost of the holiday

Cancellation from the 28th calendar day to the 14th calendar day before the departure date 50% of the cost of the holiday

Cancellation from the 14th calendar day to the 7th calendar day before the departure date 75% of the cost of the holiday

Cancellation from the 7th calendar day to the day of departure 90% of the cost of the holiday

Cancellation on the day of departure or late the full cost of the holiday

No Show

If a client does not arrive within 24 hours of the planned day of arrival without notifying Suncamp or the SunLodge courier, Suncamp reserves the right to resell the unit. The reservation expires without any obligations for Suncamp (outside of service and assistance within the possibilities of Suncamp).

It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of persons (even with an additional baby bed). If this is the case, Suncamp will not accept any responsibility, liability or complaints of any kind.

Camping specific information | 2023 additional information

Camping Union Lido (Italy)

All the types Jungle and Safari are located at Camping Italy. Camping Italy is directly connected with Camping Union Lido, clients may use facilities of both campsites.

Camping Terme Catez

SunLodge clients do receive wristbands which will give three hours' access to the indoor pool once a day or use them twice a day in the outdoor pool. There is no time limit for the outdoor pool.

Camping Lanterna Camp

The Suncamp units (types Cosy) of Lanterna Camp are not branded as SunLodge units and do have different facilities and services from mentioned in this file.

Camping La Vallee Verte

The SunLodge type Royal Lodge can be booked for maximum 2 continuously weeks.

Camping Vilanova Park

For arrivals between 22:00-07:00 € 20,- will be charged (on the spot). It mostly happens for flight arrivals (UK)

Tourist Tax | 2023 additional information

Tourist-tax Leï Suves to be paid at reservation instead of on the spot

Tourist tax Marina di Venezia to be paid at reservation instead of on the spot

Tourist tax Pra’ delle Torri to be paid at reservation instead of on the spot

Air-conditioning & heating | 2023 additional information

Air-conditioning /heating for the SunLodges in Croatia is inclusive however most are equipped with a system in which the air conditioning is deactivated when no one is present.

For the other SunLodge campsites the air-conditioning is not included in the price (optional supplement of € 7,- per night to be paid on the spot).

The energy crisis may force SunLodge to take additional precautions to deal with this (hopefully temporary) problem. As a result they may have to limit the air conditioning (most probably to a minimum of 22 degrees or continuously to 25 degrees) or to increase the price of the optional supplement air-conditioning for new bookings during the season.

If the client chooses not to book air conditioning at booking but to rent it on site, the rates at the time of the stay will apply. These may be higher than at the moment of booking.

The type Jungle is the only type without Air-conditioning (Vilanova Park, Cavallino and Union Lido (Italy).

Note: the air-conditioning is (for the low-season) also a heating system!

Bedlinen

€ 5,- per person per stay (to be paid at reservation at the partner, optional).

On the spot the charge is € 10,- per person and availability cannot be guaranteed.

The use of bed linen (rent or bring yourself) is obligatory and the full deposit might be deducted if the mattresses are used without the use of any bed linen.

For the following SunLodge campsites the bedlinen are obligatory:

Towels

Are not serviced!

Deposit

€ 100,- (cash) (to be charged on the spot)

The deposit can be collected via a deposit form (direct debit).

Pets

Are not allowed with exception of a few units at Camping Bella Austria.

Supplement 6th or 7th person

The following SunLodge campsites charge (at reservation) a supplement for the 6th (or 7/8th person) (from age 2).

Camping Bijela Uvala (type Aspen & Sequoia

Camping Pra’delle Torri (type Sabai)

Suncamp charges € 5,- per night per 6th or 7th person for arrivals till 7th of July and from 26th of August.

Suncamp charges € 10,- per night per 6th or 7th person for stay arrivals from the 8th of July till the 25th of August. These extra costs will be charged via the invoice confirmation

Cots (babies)

Cots (exclusive bed linen and mattress) and high chairs are bookable at €2,- per night and always on request and subject to availability.

Tourist-Tax

To be paid on the spot, included or to be paid at reservation (Leï Suves, Pra’delle Torri and Marina di Venezia).

Youth

At least one participant must be older than 23. Groups of young people are not allowed.
