Camping Le Capanne is a seaside campsite in the Tuscan town of Marina di Bibbona. It is a full village with its own Piazza Grande and amenities comparable to those of a genuine Italian village. The campsite provides eco-camping in Tuscany and is self-sustaining, with the bulk of the power generated on-site by solar panels. Two charging connections have been provided for your electric vehicles. The campsite is working to eliminate plastic from its amenities.

To keep their guests engaged, the campsite organises various courses, activities, and classes. Freddy's World will be available for children to attend.

In Tuscany by the sea, mobile houses and bungalows are surrounded by nature. There are specialised rentals featuring the mascot Freddy to make children feel special, while others may accommodate guests with limited mobility or even a pet-friendly choice. All accommodations have bedrooms, baths, kitchens, and verandas.

Glamping tents give character to Tuscany's open-air vacations. Camping is blended with the glamour of a homestay in this setting, giving rise to the term "glamping." Pets are permitted in some of the tents. Except for the smallest model, all include an outside veranda.

There is a tiny sports field for children to practise for the contests held at the campsite.

The Piazza Grande is the centre of Le Capanne. During the summer, a weekly market is held here, where you may meet the merchants, buy local items, and spend time exploring among the stalls. When you need a break, stop by the village café for an espresso or a quick snack.

La Corte dei Glicini is a restaurant, pizzeria, and brasserie serving Tuscan specialities. La Galateria del Borgo is a great spot to taste a cone or a glass of delicious ice cream while sitting outside in the cool shade.

Outside the campsite, the well-known Il Bolognese da Sauro (2.5 km) is a great place to eat. Excellent service and meal, although reservations are strongly advised. Restaurant La Pineta (3.8 km) serves delicious and fresh seafood on the beachfront. The inventive spin on Tuscan specialities will delight you.

The Chianti Valley is close and may be visited for wine tasting. Some of the finest things to do are all in close proximity. For families with children and groups of friends, there are several alternatives: Animal park Parco Gallorose (5.1 km), water park Acqua Village Cecina (9.4 km), or treetop and rope path amusement park Il Giardino Sospeso (12 km). At Riserva Naturale di Caselli, you may marvel at the beauty of nature (27.3 km).

Explore the finest of Tuscany. Siena (106 km) has preserved its allure since the Middle Ages. There are several taverns where you may sample local food.

Florence (119 km) is the regional capital and a city rich in art and culture with a long history.

Volterra (41.3 km) has Etruscan origins, and inside the walls, you may get lost in its twisting and tiny lanes, immersing yourself in another period.

The town of San Gimignano (72 km) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the home of saffron, white wine, and Vernaccia.
