Camping Royal

Camping Royal is situated in the beautiful province of Novara, Piedmont. Place your tent, park your caravan, or rent a mobile home and then splash around in the brand new swimming pool. Besides the beautiful pool, Camping Royal provides a playground for kids, public spot "Rustic" to meet some people and enjoy a delicious snack, a well-stocked grocery store, animation team, soccer and volleyball fields, modern sanitary facilities and other amenities. The entire staff of Camping Royal is ready and willing to make your holiday special and relaxing.

Caravans. 

• Night Zone (Trailer) has a double bed and single beds on request, with mattress cover, pillowcase and pillow. Towels and covers are not included and are therefore charged to the customer.
• Kitchen Zone (Home) is equipped with a kitchenette, crockery, pots and refrigerator. It is not possible to have running water in the homes. Common bathrooms are just a few steps. They are also equipped with TV and heating for the winter with an LPG gas stove.
• Garden Zone includes a small garden enclosed by hedges and flowers and it is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs and sun umbrella.

Dogs are not allowed.

Mobile homes.

The Mobile Home is divided into four areas: sleeping area (2 bedrooms), living area with table and equipped kitchen, private bathroom, terrace and garden. Mobile homes are rented for a minimum of 6 nights and pets are not allowed.

The campsite has a soccer field. The field, on request, can be equipped to play volleyball. Anyone wishing to practise tennis, horse riding, water skiing, golf, etc... or those who wish to have information about possible hikes in the area or organised feasts, will receive brochures and information.

The kids area is equipped with swings, a sandpit, slides and a castle. The campsite also offers summer tournaments in the various games.

At the reception you can ask for board games (cards, monopoly, etc). 

The camping is equipped, so you don’t even have to leave the venue if you don’t want to. At the local meeting point "Il Rustico" you will find coin vending machines for hot and cold drinks, entertainment facilities and TV. "Il Rustico" is open to all and offers tables and benches, to use it just make your reservation at the front office.

There is a small grocery store which is also the one for the entire village of Pratolungo. The opening hours Weekdays: 8.30 - 12.30 / 16.30 - 19.30

Closed (except July/August): Wednesday afternoon and Sunday.

If you decide to wander around, go to recommended Vecchio Forno (2.3 km), La Motta (6 km), or Sant'Antonio (4 km) to sample some Italian delicacies.

It is an ideal location for exploring Lake Maggiore's surroundings. The beautiful Stresa, only 23 kilometres away, is one of the closest towns, with its landmark buildings, Villa Pallavicino, with its gardens and zoo, and the Grand Hôtel des Iles Borromées, where author Ernest Hemingway once stayed. The lake has a few islands, and one of them is Isola Bella (23 km), a small but astonishing island with a huge palace and an Italianate garden. Another beautiful lake, Orta, is only a 2.5 kilometre ride away from the campsite. Take your family to admire the breathtaking views of the National Park of Val Grande (30 km). 

Do not miss Vogogna, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, only 32 km away from the campsite. Discover the surroundings of Monte Mattarone and Alpyland amusement park, 30 km away. A little further from the site, there is the Falconeria Locarno animal park (64 km) and the Faunistic Park La Torbiera (34 km). And finally, if you are keen on travelling a little further from the campsite, visit Milan (88 km) and discover the famous Milan Cathedral, various museums and galleries, go shopping and try local gastronomy in the city of fashion.
